Zikr AI is an AI-powered Islamic knowledge companion designed to help users with questions related to Islam, including Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, duas, azkar, and Islamic lifestyle. The Service is not intended to replace professional Islamic scholars or provide official religious rulings (fatawa).

3. User Accounts & Authentication

To use Zikr AI, you must authenticate using your Google account. By signing in, you:

• Confirm you are at least 13 years of age
• Agree to provide accurate information
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Accept that we may store your conversation history to improve your experience

4. Islamic Knowledge Disclaimer

Zikr AI uses artificial intelligence to provide responses about Islamic topics. Please note:

• AI responses are for informational and educational purposes only
• Responses should NOT be treated as official Islamic rulings (fatawa)
• For complex religious matters, always consult a qualified Islamic scholar (alim)
• We strive for accuracy, but AI may occasionally make errors in Islamic references
• We do not endorse any particular madhab (school of thought) over another

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zikr AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Islamic values. You must NOT:

• Ask questions intended to mock, criticize, or undermine Islam or other religions
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the AI's Islamic guidelines
• Use the Service for any illegal activities
• Share your access credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and branding of Zikr AI are the property of Zikr AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of Zikr AI is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take your privacy seriously and handle your data in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zikr AI is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated Islamic content
• Decisions made based on AI responses
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or data loss

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zikr AI at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
